Cape ~ Anna / Frozen ~

Hi guys,

I've wanted to show you my remade cape/coat for my Anna costume from Frozen.
Actually the base is still the same as the one I've worn in march, but I completely removed all details on it and remade them.

I've used a woolen broadcloth for the cape which came in a pale pink, so I had to dye it (lucky me got the right color on first try XD). The applique is a cotton fabric I also dyed to be a bit darker (it was a pretty whinered when I bought it); everything is double-layered, flipped and sewn on.
The details on the half cirlces are all hand-embroidered on (which took days to finish); then I've added the zigzag-stitches, the pompom ribbon and the lining.
Last thing was the collar - I re-used the collar and only replaced the fur.

Now everything missing is the heart-shaped brooch/clasp/closing/whatever and that thing is completely done.
